• We assist our clients with vessel nominations
• We ensure vessel shipping instruction and entitlement split is communicated to the port
• We monitor vessel birthing
• We  assist our clients with all the shipping documentation prior and after loading ( SAD 500, Certificate of weight, Certificate of origin and Certificate of analysis and Bill of lading)

• Over the years we have assisted junior miners in stockpile management at loading site to make sure the right qualities and quantities are loaded and despatched
• We manage 2 coal grades namely RB1 and RB3

• We channel oversight meetings with all stakeholders
• We actively monitor the concerns of all stakeholders, and take their interests appropriately into account in decision-making and operations.
• We strive to ensure a fair distribution of the benefits amongst the members we administrate
